Delivery Policy

• i2m makes all efforts to deliver ordered products at the earliest after the receipt of the payment.
• If the ordered product is out of stock and is not available, we will notify you and provide you the option of holding the order or cancel your order with a full refund of the payment.
• All deliveries will be made to you at the address specified by you in the order and you will receive e-mail confirmation when your order has been dispatched.
• For e-Learning Course, access will be provided within 48 hours of receipt of payment for the specified access period of the course.
