Ajay Parasrampuria, Founder‐Director i2m, has over 15 years of experience in PM discipline as academician, consultant and entrepreneur.

Over the last decade, Ajay has proven his expertise in New Product Development Management, Strategy Execution with Portfolio and Program Management, Organizing for Mega Projects, Setting up PMO’s across multiple industries including Pharma, IT, BFSI, Telecom, Power, Metals, and Manufacturing. His key competencies include conceptualizing PM Centers of Excellence and deploying enforceable processes that bring efficiencies and scalable benefits to organizations.

He played a key role as Program Head for Dubai Civil Aviation where he implemented an IT PMO along with PM capability development initiatives. He has also conducted a Strategy Execution Analysis for Tata Chemicals and prepared an Improvement Road Map and Implementation Charter. As a partner to India's 4th largest IT services firm, Satyam Computer Services, Ajay designed and delivered customized interventions to help business units at Satyam to define PMO, Program and Project Management frameworks and methodologies, and trained over 100 professionals at Satyam on Project and Program Management. He was instrumental in defining a methodology aligned to Global Standards for Managing Mega Projects in India in areas of Power Generation and Capital Intensive Greenfield Initiatives.

As part of his continued commitment to project management education, Ajay has advocated and practiced  his 'linking learning to performance' philosophy across programs delivered to project and program managers in India and abroad. The systems he has designed have trained over 3500 professionals worldwide. Recognized for his thought leadership in the PM domain, he has been a keynote speaker for conferences and forums on project management practices. Mithil Sharma

Mithil Sharma, Over 20 years of project related experience has endowed Mithil Sharma with invaluable insight into the constraints, delivery issues and strengths that PM professionals in India need to navigate through their daily endeavors.

Well versed in establishing Project Management Offices (PMOs), and deploying / implementing EPM solutions, he has effectively trained over 300 executives in Project Management & Microsoft Project, and has additionally coached and mentored over 175 managers in implementing PM practices during various training sessions (classroom/online), and consulting engagements.

Mithil Sharma combines his engineering skills and multi‐sectoral industry experience with a passion for coaching and mentoring. A certified PMP®, he has designed and delivered customized interventions for large companies in diverse sectors such as construction, software, ITES, pharmaceutical and several others. He has also participated in the Master’s Certificate in Project Management (MCPM) program offered by S P Jain Institute of Management and Research (SPJIMR), Mumbai, India.

Subbaraman Iyer has over 25 years of experience in the ICT industry, having held senior management operational responsibilities and delivering numerous high-level consulting engagements.

The breadth and depth of his expertise includes telecommunications, outsourcing, CRM, E-business, IT strategy, IT Governance, organizational restructuring, program management including project portfolio assessment, to name a few. He pioneered the development and deployment of a new paradigm called strategy@Work, which blends Balanced Scorecard, Project portfolio and project management to drive alignment, focus and speed in strategy execution. As an operational Program Director, he led one of the largest broadband rollouts in Asia, transitioned 4 large Managed Services contracts across Asia and was instrumental in managing 2 large BPO projects.

He also developed a new consulting methodology called  'The Consultant Toolkit' and trained over 350 consultants in this methodology. As a certified coach, Subba has helped senior professionals and teams improve performance significantly by expanding perspectives and envisioning new possibilities. Suresh Nagarkatte

Suresh Nagarkatte, graduated from one of India’s finest institutions, IIT Mumbai, and went on to further his education at the University of Illinois, Chicago. He brings a wealth of experience on account of his long association with Indian industry as general manager (project finance and monitoring) at ICICI and as independent Director and Chairman of Audit Committee on the Board of Tinplate Co. of India Limited (TCIL)—a Tata Steel Associate Company.

His expertise in understanding core problems and organizational management has helped i2m streamline its service offerings and maximize its gains within existing constraints. As the senior most member of i2m’s core team, he is helping the company deliver and develop sustainable solutions. His leadership capabilities are shaping the i2m team and the company’s outlook and plans for the future.

His vision is to leverage i2m’s unique learning base to performance architecture and expand its reach to the lowest rungs of project executers by providing relevant knowledge and coaching inputs.
