Refund and Cancellation Policy
Workshop / Web-based Mentoring Program Cancellation Policy
i2m reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a workshop / web-based mentoring program in case of insufficient enrollments, instructor reporting illness or some unforeseen events. All participants will be notified immediately and all efforts will be made for rescheduling it. Participants will be entitled to book the next available training dated or opt for a full refund of their payment for the cancellation.
Workshop / Web-based Mentoring Program Cancellation by Participants
For the participants cancelling their registration for workshop / web-based mentoring program, the following are the terms and conditions: - 14 days before the start date: A cancellation fee of Rs. 2,500 will be charged
- 7-14 days before the start date: A cancellation fee of Rs. 5,000 will be charged
- Within 7 days of the start date: No refund
Note: All cancellation fees are charged against the fixed expenses including hotel bookings, instructor fees, web-conferencing platform fees etc. All refunds will be processed and payments made to participants within 30 days of receipt for a workshop / web-based mentoring program cancellation request.
Rescheduling of Workshops by Participants
A participant can reschedule his workshop / web-based mentoring program registration only if there is another one available. A fee of Rs. 700 is charged for the same.
Note: All rescheduling charges should be paid within 7 days of receipt for a rescheduling request to reserve a seat.
e-Learning Course
- Prior to start accessing the e-Learning course purchased: Full refund (minus Rs.1000 administration fee);
- After start accessing the e-Learning course purchased: No refund
